Order Processing Time
Processing: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after order confirmation.
Weekends & Public Holidays: No processing or delivery takes place on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).
Shipping Options & Costs
We currently offer the following shipping option:
Standard / Express Shipping with DHL: 1,95 €
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days

Shipment Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
With it, you can view the shipping status directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. TOTHECURVE accepts no responsibility for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address.
Shipping Delays: If your delivery is delayed, please first check the status using the tracking number provided. For additional assistance, contact support@tothecurve.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order has not arrived or was delivered damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
